I believe these are the oiled leather. No box. Minor marks and distressing to the leather just adds to the beauty of these to me. Small light reddish marks on leather on first strap near big toe. Looks like color transfer to me, from rubbing against something red. Does not detract from the look or functionality of these beauties but worth noting.
