These socks are a reproduction of the World War 2 German militaries main design throughout the conflict. To make war time production and reuse easier, socks had white bands around the top to identify size - a simple, yet great idea for a country stuck for resources. 

Weather it be jackboots or low boots, these socks are ideal to wear with both for reenactments, airsoft or film productions.
